Insendi added a new tab at the Programme level, called by default 'Directory'. It is the equivalent to the 'Class List' on the Course level and it will show all users from all courses on the Programme level.
It is not activated/visible by default, it needs to be activated from the 'Programme Settings' tab:
The ‘Directory’ view will show all users from all the courses in the Programme. From here, the teaching team can download a CSV file with a list of all the students and will have other useful options as the following:
Select a CSV file: this will allow you to enrol, unenroll or change the group of multiple students by uploading a single CSV file.
Enrolments CSV: with this button, you will able to download a file containing the students' details (student’s reference, full name, email address, University ID, group, programme and course).
Send password invites: you can send all the users, who have not logged in yet before, an email to be able to reset their passwords. The expiration time of this email is either 5 days, which is the standard period, or the time set by the external provider.
